You can eat all the kale and broccoli you want, be at your ideal weight and still feel unhappy and unsatisfied with your life.

Here are a few quick and easy tips to get you started.
- Drink more water
- Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night
- Include a big salad with your lunch and dinner, eat the salad first!
- Walk more! Take the stairs, park further away from the entrance, or walk around your block before you go home.
- Be thankful for three things everyday, write them down or tell someone.
It’s the small but constant changes that produce the greatest results.
